Seafood business since 1973 and currently supplies hotels,
restaurants and Institutions all across Canada through our
3 Federally Inspected plant locations.
Our modern, Federally Inspected plants are strategically
positioned in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto and are continually
being upgraded to keep pace with the ever changing technology
of our industry. We operate under Canadian Food Inspection
Agency (CFIA) recognized HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Point) and SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures)
to ensure that our customers are getting the best food safety
assurance when using our products.
Intercity Packers employs full time HACCP Coordinators and
Quality Assurance Managers and has a computerized recall program
that can track any given product from a specific production
date to a specific set of customers.
